Nicole Corti
With more than 23 years of experience in administration and operations management, Nicole has built a career centered around helping people, teams, and businesses thrive. For the past 14 years, she has been deeply rooted in the real estate industry—licensed and serving in key administrative roles with single agents, large teams & the brokerage side—where she discovered her passion for creating systems that empower others to succeed.
Throughout her career, Nicole has helped grow and support several large real estate teams, bringing structure, clarity, and a steady, solutions-focused presence to every environment she steps into.
In October 2021, she founded NICOLE & CO Contract Solutions with a simple mission: to provide clients with dependable and high-quality transactional support. In January 2026, she brought on Jessica Burton as a business partner and together they rebranded NICOLE & CO to Contract to Keys!
Originally from Flowery Branch, GA, Nicole made Lakewood Ranch, FL her home in 2023. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her spending time with her daughter, friends and her beloved fur baby—soaking in the sunshine and enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

Jessica Burton
Jessica was born and raised in Loganville, Georgia. After graduating from Walnut Grove High School she started her career in Retail. During her time in retail she was able to build her knowledge of sales and customer engagement.
After leaving retail she joined a real estate team as a transaction coordinator to learn the ins and outs of the real estate world. She has been fortunate enough to learn from some of the best in the business. She has gained knowledge about the industry as a whole, contract negotiations and knowledge of the local market. Since being in real estate she has been able to fulfill her passion of helping agents streamline their business to better serve their clients. In January 2026 she became a business partner and co-owner of Contract to Keys!
Jessica aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients and take pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals. She is here to assist you in the real estate journey from start to finish. Jessica's goal is to make the contract to close process as seamless as possible.
She currently lives in Suwanee, GA with her Boyfriend and fur babies Chloe & Riley. Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys going to sporting events, concerts and spending time with family and friends.
Transaction Manager
Erin Pratt
Erin is originally from Michigan where she spent most of her life playing sports and staying active all the way through college. She moved to Georgia in 2021 with herhusband, and that’s where her real estate journey really started.
Erin began working as a Pre-Closer for a closing attorney and quickly fell in love with the process behind each transaction—especially learning about title and how everything comes together from beginning to end. In 2025, she stepped into a Transaction Coordinator role, got her real estate license, and became a Notary. She lovesbeing someone that clients can count on to help keep things organized, smooth, and stress-free.
Erin is big on personal growth, making new connections, and always learning something new. Building strong relationships is honestly her favorite part of what she does.
Outside of work, Erin usually spends time with her husband, Shane, and their fur babies—Chevy, Buster, and Josie. She is happiest when she's with family, friends, or just enjoying time at home. She also loves exploring, being outdoors, going to concerts, traveling with Shane, and building Lego sets in her free time.
