  • A Transaction Coordinator is a highly specialized real estate professional responsible for managing and streamlining the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction. Their expertise ensures a smooth journey from offer acceptance to the closing table, allowing agents to focus more on client service.

    A Transaction Coordinator, aka TC, should have the following qualities:

    - Organized

    - Detail Oriented

    - Efficient

    - Communicative

    - And most importantly, have an Active Real Estate License.

    All of our TC's possess these along with over 20 years of real estate experience combined.

  • Hiring a TC is a great middle ground between doing it all on your own and hiring a permanent employee. With a TC, there is no overhead because we charge per file. Also, we come fully trained and you don’t have to worry about things like payroll or offering benefits. You don’t have to use us for every deal if you feel like you have a particular transaction under control or find yourself in a slower season of your business. Many agents also like to use a TC in conjunction with their employee(s) because we can free up their time to help you with things like marketing and prospecting.

  • You do not have to be "BUSY" to need, or even use, a Transaction Coordinator. While one of our goals is to make you feel less busy by taking the administrative side of real estate off of your To Do list, we also free up that time so you can focus on lead generating and going on appointments.

  • We help you leverage your time by taking care of most of the busy work involved in a real estate transaction. Paperwork is not an income producing activity and your time is better spent serving your current clients and finding your next deal.

  • Each agent is assigned a dedicated TC and they will be the lead on all of your transactions. With one TC they can get familiar with your process and build a relationship as your Team Member. When your TC is on vacation or out sick, our systems allow for another TC to pick up and cover for them seamlessly. This way our team members get time away and we still have you covered! 

    We do have several agents that have added their TC to their marketing materials as part of their Team. This shows your clients that you have a team of experts on your side helping them get to closing as smoothly as possible.

  • The simple answer is No!

    We currently offer 2 different Contract to Close packages for you to choose from, 1 of which does not have a cancellation/service fee if the transaction terminates. That means if you choose this package and the contract terminates for any reason, at any time, you do not owe any fees.
